GROW Snapshots - How, What, When and Why

This article explains what GROW snapshots are, what they contain, and how to correctly request one from the Hapana Support team.
What Are GROW Snapshots?
A GROW snapshot is a template or blueprint that captures and stores your entire GROW asset framework — think of it like a photocopy of your setup.
Snapshots allow the Hapana team to replicate your configuration quickly across different sub-accounts as new locations open. This guarantees that all sub-accounts are set up with the same settings as your template account, and that any future updates made by your HQ team can be easily rolled out at scale to maintain brand consistency.

The following asset types can be included in a snapshot request:
- Calendar Groups
- Calendars
- Campaigns
- Custom Fields
- Custom Values
- Dashboards
- Email Templates
- Folders
- Forms
- Funnels & Websites
- Knowledge Bases
- Pipelines
- SMS Templates
- Surveys
- Tags
- Workflows
Requesting a Snapshot
When requesting a GROW snapshot there are some basic steps that need to be followed to ensure all your data is transferred successfully to the intended sub account.
When you submit your snapshot request we please ask that you take into account all aspects of your request. For example if you are requesting a workflow be snapshot all content that workflow requires to successfully functions will also need to be snapshot. This includes items such as pipelines, sms and email templates, this is covered further on an upcoming slide.
If the content that is to be snapshot is located within a folder or multiple folders on your template sub account the whole folder structure must be supplied to ensure the Hapana Support team actioning your request can be as accurate as possible when actioning your snapshot.
For example should a request for the snapshot of [1.0] External Source - New Lead be received multiple factors need to be taken into account please review the next page for more.

- The Forms will need to snapshot to the fresh sub-account.
- The pipelines will need to be snapshot to the fresh sub-account.
- Tags will need to be snapshot to the fresh sub account.
- Email templates will need to be snapshot to the fresh sub-account.(unless built within the workflow)
- Sms templates will need to be snapshot to the fresh sub account. (unless built within the workflow)
