View Options

There are 3 main views for the Calendar:

Calendar View -  This View allows you to see the entire schedule for your facility. You can view by Day, Week or Month.

  • Filters – You can filter this view down by location, which will then give you the schedule for that specific facility.
  • You can also Filter by session type. Example -If you are looking for Private sessions for that day and then also choose which location
  • You can filter by a specific trainer
  • All filters can also be done by a specific date range

List View –  This view is best on a mobile device, but not the recommended default view. It is a breakdown in list format for that specific day, in order from first session to last for the day.

  • Filters – You can filter this view down by location, which will then give you the schedule for that specific facility.
  • You can also Filter by session type. Example -If you are looking for Private sessions for that day and then also choose which location
  • You can filter by a specific trainer
  • All filters can also be done by a specific date range

Team View (available only for Trainer Enterprise plans) – This View allows you to see each Team members schedule for that day. You can use the arrows at top to scroll through each upcoming or past day.

  • Filters – You can filter this view down by location, which will then give you the trainers for that specific facility.
  • You can also Filter by session type. Example -If you are looking for Private sessions for that day
  • All filters can also be done by a specific date range

 

Default Calendar View 

You can set the default calendar view (on first load view) based on your business or personal preferences.

Account Settings > Configuration > Business Profile “edit” > Default calendar view

You can also manually change views at any stage by going to:

Schedule > "Cog" or "Settings" Icon > Select View
