Days to Display
The Days to Display function determines how far into the future you want clients to be able to see your class schedule. On your class page listing, if the class is beyond the Days to Display limit then they will not appear for viewing or booking (see reservation period below).
Typically, 30 -> 100 days is what many businesses configure.
To configure go to:
Account Settings > Configuration > Business Profile “Edit” > Days to Display Class > Select duration
Reservation Periods
The Reservation Period function enables a "bookable" period by setting a date into the future that clients can book the class and the day / time up until the class starts that they can book.
If you would enable to book into sessions right up until the session / class starts then enter "0" in the second input.
To configure go to:
Account Settings > Configuration > Business Profile “Edit” > Reservation > Add in time periods for both sections.
When is the crossover period? For example, if I have my system set to allow bookings up to 7 days in advance, is it at midnight of my timezone that the next available day becomes visible for booking?
