Assessment Types
We employ the following assessment procedures for each assessment:
Arms, Chest, Calves, Waist, Hip, Thigh: Measurements in cm
BMI:
Body weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared or
BMI = x / (y * y )
Where:
x=bodyweight in KG
y=height in m
Body Fat: Calculated by taking Waist, Hip and Neck measurements and then submitting into the following formulas.
The Body Fat % for Men is calculated through the formula = 495/(1.0324-0.19077(LOG(waist-neck))+0.15456(LOG(height)))-450
Body Fat % for women is calculated through the formula = 495/(1.29579-0.35004(LOG(waist+hip-neck))+0.22100(LOG(height)))-450
Endurance: 3min Step Test
