1. Whether it be via the client’s Login or the App, clients will only be able to click on a booked session and cancel IF the cancellation policy is not in effect.
  2. Once the cancellation policy is active they will not be able to cancel from their end.

    If within the cancellation period:

Business Side:

  1. Go to the Schedule Tab in the Home Dashboard
  2. Select the specific class
  3. Locate the client in the list and select the 'trash' icon
  4. Select ‘Remove Client’ button
  5. A single credit (if credits were used) or the drop-in-price will automatically be refunded to the client

Client Side:

  1. Client Late Cancel - clients cannot late cancel themselves currently
