Outstanding Payments, or Pending Payments, can be viewed by following these steps
- Client File
- Click on the Client Tab in the Home Dashboard
- Select the desired client
- Go to the Payment Tab (credit card icon) in the Client File
- Locate the payments table (bottom of the page)
- Select the ‘Pending’ filter from the Status drop-down menu
- View all payments with status ‘Pending’
- This will allow you to either
- Send an email reminder to the client
- View the payment
- Edit the payment
- Delete the payment
- Pay the payment on behalf of the client
- Retail Dashboard
- Click on the Payments Tab > Retail Dashboard in the Home Dashboard
- Locate the payments table (bottom of the page)
- Select the Memberships Tab
- Click the ‘Pending’ filter from the Status drop-down menu on the Memberships Tab
- View all payments with status ‘Pending’
- This will allow you to either
- Send an email reminder to the client
- View the payment
- Edit the payment
- Delete the payment
- Pay the payment on behalf of the client
