Refunds can be issued on the platform in two ways:

  1. Client File
    1. Under Payment Log, Memberships or Schedule Tab or search via Status drop-down menu
    1. Click on the ‘Client Tab’ in the Home Dashboard

    2. Select the client you would like to allocate the 'Refund' to

    3. Go to the ‘Payment Tab’ (credit card icon) in the Client File

    4. Locate the correct payment in the payment table (bottom of the page)
    5. Click the ‘View’ (eye) icon

    6. Click ‘Refund’ icon in the Payment History Table

  1. Retail Dashboard
    1. Click on the Payments Tab> Retail Dashboard in the Home Dashboard

    2. View the Payment History table and locate the correct payment (bottom of the page)
    3. Click the ‘View’ (eye) icon
