Refunds can be issued on the platform in two ways:
- Client File
- Under Payment Log, Memberships or Schedule Tab or search via Status drop-down menu
- Click on the ‘Client Tab’ in the Home Dashboard
- Select the client you would like to allocate the 'Refund' to
- Go to the ‘Payment Tab’ (credit card icon) in the Client File
- Locate the correct payment in the payment table (bottom of the page)
- Click the ‘View’ (eye) icon
- Click ‘Refund’ icon in the Payment History Table
- Retail Dashboard
- Click on the Payments Tab> Retail Dashboard in the Home Dashboard
- View the Payment History table and locate the correct payment (bottom of the page)
- Click the ‘View’ (eye) icon
- Select ‘Refund’ icon
