Overview

Now when a new sale is transacted, the business can elect to capture a signature digitally for the agreement and terms related to that Package or Membership. Previously all Agreements had to be sent the client and the business would have to wait for them to agree to the policy and Terms well after the transaction was completed.

To best leverage this feature the business should ask the client if they prefer to review the Agreement and sign on their own smart phone/ device.

Use Scenario

While purchasing a package, clubs may want their clients to sign for agreement of package purchase.

The system needs to display on client’s mobile device the signature field along with the “I agree” checkbox for policies.

Use Case

As a business owner I need my client to read my T&Cs and sign for their package agreement purchase on a mobile device, so that I know it is authorized and agreeable to the client.

Instructions for use

To best leverage this feature the business should ask the client if they prefer to review the Agreement and sign on their own smart phone/ device.

A Team Member will simply initiate a New Sale via Dashboard > Payments drop down menu:

User may sell a single or multiple packages or memberships that have an agreement configured as all will be presented for policy review and signature capture.

*Note: Packages and Memberships must have the Agreement enabled and verbiage added:

In the Payments > New Sale select your client and then add the membership or package(s) as required for the sale:

Click the Checkout Button and proceed to select a method of Payment:

The system will display the cart items. Your Team Member is to select the Send Agreement to Client to agree online :

An SMS (or email if client has no phone # on account or has Opted-Out of SMS) will be sent with a link for the client see and review the Policy and agreement terms and sign digitally:

Your client will click the web link and a browser page will load for them to review the Agreement terms and policies. The client will click the I Agree after reading through the Policy terms.

Client will then sign and click I Agree.

Clients will then be prompted to Log In and proceed to make payment for the new package/ membership as it will not be active until it is paid.

Once payment is made by the client via the web or APP, then the package will be active and on the clients account for review.

An email will be sent, if configured, with the signed agreement for the client’s records.
