This article walks you through how to customise the welcome email sent to clients when they register in Hapana Core. Personalising this email can enhance your brand presence and ensure a more welcoming experience for new members.
Prerequisites
- Access to your Hapana Core account with admin permissions
Step 1: Log in to Core
- Navigate to core.hapana.com
- Enter your login credentials
Tip: Use a Chrome browser for best performance.
Step 2: Access Account Settings
- In the top right corner, click your Studio Name
- From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings
Step 3: Open Configuration Panel
- Click the Configuration tab
Step 4: Scroll to Email Customisation Section
- Scroll down to the section titled Customize Emails triggered by Hapana and click Edit
Step 5: Edit the Welcome Email Template
- Locate Admin | Welcome Email to Member
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) button to the right of this entry
Step 6: Customise Email Content
- Update the fields as needed:
- Reply to name/email
- Subject
- Message body content
Tip: You can use dynamic tags like <CLIENTFIRSTNAME>, <CLIENTEMAIL>, <PASSWORD>, etc. to personalise the message.
Step 7: Save Changes
- Click the Save icon once your edits are complete
Expected Outcome
The updated welcome email will be sent automatically to newly registered members, reflecting your customised message.
