Use Case: As a business user, I want to view/change a client's communication preferences for both email and sms. 

Follow the below step by step guide to view/change a client's communication preferences 

 

 

Reporting: If you require an overview of all client communication preferences this can be found via the settings of the  "All Clients," "Check in" and "Net Revenue Detail" Reports. Use the below step by step guide to include new data columns for Properties of Opt In, Opt Out and Master Unsubscribe
