How to Enter the Timetable/Schedule Using Templates

  1. Go to the Schedule Tab in the Home Dashboard
  2. Select the time slot in the calendar that you wish to schedule a session
  3. A pop-up will appear titled ‘Create Session’
  4. Select the desired session template from the drop-down menu
  5. Repeat the session every week for only 1 day at a time even if the session is repeated over multiple days by selecting ‘Repeat Session?’ next to the date
  6. Update the ‘Session Name’ or any other values pre-filled from the template
  7. Select ‘Next’ button
  8. Select ‘Create’ button
  9. Your session will now appear in the schedule
