Overview
In Hapana Core, administrators can control which team members have access to Bulk Edit features, including Bulk Cancel Future Transactions, Bulk Extend Expiry Dates, and Bulk Cancel Sessions. This security measure ensures that only authorized users can perform large-scale data changes, protecting client records and billing workflows.
By adjusting settings within the Team Access Group, businesses can easily grant or restrict access to these powerful tools.

FAQs
Q: If I disable Bulk Edit for a team group, will it impact other permissions?
No. Disabling Bulk Edit only impacts access to bulk action tools. Other permissions, like scheduling or billing management, remain unaffected.
Q: Can I enable access to only one Bulk Edit feature?
Yes. Each Bulk Edit feature has its own toggle, allowing fine-grained control over what each group can access.
Q: Are there audit logs for Bulk Edits?
Yes. Audit CSV files are generated automatically for each bulk action and should be saved for internal tracking.
