Overview
Recurring classes help streamline your schedule and save time by repeating the same class over multiple days or weeks. This guide shows you how to quickly create a repeating class in Hapana Core using the Repeat feature.
Prerequisites
- You must have access to your Hapana Core Account.
- You need permission to create sessions and use templates.
Step 1: Log in to Your Hapana Core Account
- Visit core.hapana.com/login.
- Log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Open the Schedule Page
- From the top menu, click Schedule to view your class calendar.
Step 3: Choose Your Start Time
- Select the day and time you’d like the first class to occur on.
- Alternatively, click the + icon at the top-right of the screen.
Step 4: Open the Repeat Settings
- In the Create Session window, click the Repeat icon next to the date field.
Step 5: Choose Repeat Frequency
- Use the Repeat dropdown menus to set how often the class should repeat (e.g., every 1 week).
Step 6: Pick the Days of the Week
- Use the checkboxes to select which days the session should repeat on (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Step 7: Set an End Date (Optional)
- If needed, uncheck the No end date box to specify a final session date.
Tip: Leave the box checked if the session should run indefinitely.
Step 8: Select the Session Template
- Choose a Session Template from the dropdown or create a new one.
Tip: Templates allow you to auto-fill session details like instructors, room, and session size.
Step 9: Finalize and Save
- Complete all other required session details.
- Click Save to create the repeating class schedule.
Expected Outcome
Your new class session will now automatically repeat on your selected days, using your preferred template and timing.
