  1. How does WAITLIST work?

    Classes where the spot is available can be directly booked by simply clicking on the "Book" button. As soon as you will click on the "book" the credit will be deducted and the client is confirmed for the particular session.

For waitlist classes, as soon as the client joins the waitlisted class (by clicking on the Join Waitlist button), the credit will be deducted and the client will receive the waitlist Spot SMS/email (as per the client's preference) with a link if some confirmed client canceled out of the session. 

The waitlist client needs to confirm the Waitlist Spot available by clicking the link within a 2-hour window. If the client doesn't confirm the waitlist Spot Available in the specified 2-hour window, the next client on the waitlist will receive the waitlist spot available notification to be confirmed in the 2-hour window, and so on and so forth.

The credit will be refunded back to the client who has not confirmed the waitlist classes within the 2-hour window.

 

  1. How to Enable Waitlist

You may enable the waitlist by configuring this in Account Settings > Configuration  > Business Profile > Waitlist Restriction

You may enable Auto confirm waitlist by configuring this in Account Settings > Configuration  > Business Profile > Automatic Promotion from waitlist to booked

  1. How to enable the WAITLIST Lock Period

The Wait-list Lock Period has been set under Initials > Account Settings > Configuration > Business Profile > Wait-list Lock Period. This determines the time period at which the wait list is turned off for clients to join.

  1. Customize the WAITLIST Size

 

Wait-list Size has been set under Schedule Templates in the Schedule Tab > Schedule Templates > Individual template.

  • Wait-list clients will be automatically moved into the list and await confirmation from the business
     

  • The client waitlist will appear within the session itself under the 'Waitlist' Tab in the session booked area with a confirm button option
     

Note: Soon, an SMS will be sent for the client to confirm on their end.
