Enable Session Feedback Form within Schedule Templates

Want to collect client feedback automatically after classes? This guide walks you through how to enable the Session Feedback option directly within a schedule template in Hapana Core—saving you time while keeping your sessions high-quality.


Prerequisites

  • You must have access to your Hapana Core Account.
  • You need permission to manage Schedule Settings and edit Session Templates.

Step 1: Log in to Your Hapana Core Account

  1. Go to core.hapana.com/login.
  2. Enter your credentials and click Login.

Step 2: Open the Schedule Tab

  1. In the main menu bar, click Schedule.

Step 3: Access Schedule Settings

  1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner of the schedule.
  2. Select Schedule Settings.


Step 4: Go to Schedule Templates

  1. In the dropdown menu, click Schedule Templates.

Tip: This is where you’ll find all your existing templates used to generate sessions.


Step 5: Edit a Template

  1. Find the template you want to update.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to it to open its settings.


Step 6: Enable Session Feedback

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the template.
  2. Find Session Feedback and select Yes.

Tip: This allows clients to leave post-session feedback, which is great for improving your services.


Step 7: Save the Template

  1. Click Update Template to apply changes to future sessions.
  2. To apply it to already scheduled classes using this template, click Save and Update all Future Sessions.


Expected Outcome

All sessions created from that template will now prompt clients for feedback after they attend—helping you gather valuable insights automatically.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I turn feedback off later?

Yes! Just return to the same template and toggle Session Feedback to No.

Q: Will enabling this affect past sessions?

Only if you click Save and Update all Future Sessions. Otherwise, only new sessions will have feedback enabled.

Q: Where do I see the submitted feedback?

You can view session feedback under the Reports section or from the individual client profile.
