View Total Attendance Count per Client

Overview

The Client Check-In report provides detailed insights into member attendance. By using the Summary by Client view, you can see a count of how many times each client has checked into your facility over a selected date range. This is a useful tool for tracking attendance milestones, identifying highly engaged members, or flagging those who may need re-engagement.


Prerequisites

  • Admin or reporting access to Hapana Core
  • A desired date range for reviewing attendance
  • Access to Reports > Clients & Attendance

Step 1 – Access the Reports Section

  1. Log in to your Core account at core.hapana.com
  2. Click the Reports tab

Step 2 – Open the Client Check-In Report

  1. Click on the Clients & Attendance category
  2. Scroll down and select Client Check-In


Step 3 – Set Report Type to Summary by Client

  1. In the filter bar:
    • Set the first dropdown to Report Type
    • Leave the second dropdown as is
    • Set the third dropdown to Summary by Client


Step 4 – Apply the Filter

  1. Click the green Filter button to apply your selected parameters


Step 5 – View the Total Attendance Count

  1. Once the report loads, scroll horizontally to find the column labeled Total Attendance Count
  2. This column displays how many times each client has checked in during your selected date range


Expected Outcome

You will now see a list of clients along with their total attendance count for the defined period. This summary view gives you quick access to engagement metrics and helps inform retention and recognition strategies.

Q: Can I download this report?

A: Yes. Use the download icon in the header to export the report as a CSV file for further analysis.

Q: What’s the best date range to use for performance reporting?

A: For milestone tracking, use a rolling 30-day or 90-day window. For long-term trends, 6 months max per export.

Q: Can I see what sessions each client attended?

A: To view session-level attendance, run the report without Summary by Client selected.
