Unfortunately, ‘Late Cancel/No Show’ labels cannot be edited/changed. These are universal terms across all core platforms. 

 
Some brands opt to use the Single Payment option in New Sale to process their No Show and Late Fees. This way they can put any description in the add description field, see the example below. Use this link to learn how to set up this process.
