Whether it be via the client’s Login or the App, clients will only be able to click on a booked session and cancel IF the cancellation policy is not in effect. Once the cancellation policy is active they will not be able to cancel from their end without being charge the late cancel fee (if applicable).

 

If within the cancellation period, the business will need to cancel the client’s booking via the step by step guide below.
