Troubleshooting why there may be shared location access issues. 

  1. Ensure shared location toggle is enabled, this can be for ‘all sites’ or individually selected sites. Use this step by step guide to check whether this setting is enabled.


  1. If you have not utilised the ‘all sites’ setting in the above steps but rather selected only certain locations, ensure that the location that the client has available packages/memberships/credits is reflected in the selected locations.

  2. Multi-location access toggle should be enabled for the membership session type.

  3. Minimum home usage should be disabled.
