Scenario: One of my members had his old account merged into his new account as the email address on the old account was incorrect but all his attendance historical data is missing from his profile. How can we get this back for him?


Resolution: Submit a ticket with the Hapana Development Team. We cannot promise the recovery of this data but the team will do everything possible to assist.
