Step 1: Ensure the Intro Offer is configured to Set First Credit Allocation Date to on first use. See the step by step guide below on how to configure this setting. 

 

 

 

Step 2: Check on Credit Validity period dates.  Clients are only able to book classes within the credit validity period. See the step by step guide below on how to check credit validity.
