Alumni status is a way of differentiating between active and inactive members. Moving a member from active to alumni is done manually, therefore it is completely up to you when and why you might move someone to alumni status. Please note that clients who do not have an active membership are still considered as "active clients" until they are manually moved to Alumni status.
