Setup the Initial Hapana Zap as a trigger. A step by step guide on how to do this can be found here.

Ensure that you have connected the correct Hapana Core Location Account.

Select New Session Booking as the trigger event.

From here you can refine the trigger based on Session Name, Instructor, etc. Or leave blank to capture All Session Bookings.

Copy the webhook URL from Zapier after completing the trigger information

Paste the URL into the Configuration Settings of your Hapana Core Account

Test the trigger in Zapier by selecting the 'Test trigger' button.

Set up the Action to connect to Google Sheets or direct to any other supported Zapier app

You can see the options of data that will be returned and inserted into the spreadsheet or app via the screenshot below.

Publish your Zap and test.
