The GROW App allows you to manage your business on the go! Seamlessly integrating with the GROW Desktop platform, the GROW app enables you and your users to manage all the customer facing features from the palm of your hand.


 

Navigating the GROW Mobile App

When you first enter into the GROW App you will find five available menus. These five menus are visible on every screen on the app but depending on the selected tab can slightly differ in functionality. Let's review these menu functionalities below: 


 

 

 

 

  1. The Main Menu | In this menu you will find:

    1. User Settings | Including appearance preferences (Dark or Light Mode), Language and Log Out screen. 

    2. Insights | Dashboard Overview of your Sales, Marketing and Account Statistics

    3. Opportunities | Direct link to all current Pipelines and Opportunities

    4. Tasks | Direct link to the Task Manager area in which you can see all completed, pending and overdue tasks based on due date and assigned user. 

    5. Manual Actions | Direct link to the Manual Actions Manager in which you can see all manual actions based on user and status. 

 


 

 

 

 

  1. Sub-Account Selector

​​​​A sub-account is another term for an individual GROW Site. For multi site brands and users that have access to multiple GROW accounts, you can utilize the Sub-Account selector to seamlessly toggle between multiple locations. 

 

 

 

 

  1. Navigation Bar

This menu provides quick access to Notifications, Conversations, Contacts, Business Reputation and Calendars/Appointments.


                                                                     



 

  1. Lightning Bolt Menu |  This menu provides ‘Quick Actions’  such as

    1. Sending Emails

    2. Adding Contacts

    3. Booking Appointments

    4. Requesting Reviews

    5. Creating Opportunities and more. 

 

 

  1. The Plus Menu | The functions of this menu will differ depending on the area of the GROW app you are within. 

    1. Notifications Tab | Quick Link to the ‘Call Dialer’ feature

    2. Conversations Tab | Quick Link to send a New SMS or New Email. 

    3. Contacts Tab | Quick Link to Add a Contact or Scan a Business Card 

    4. Reputations/Review Tab | Quick Link to send a New Review Request

    5. Calendar Tab | Quick Link to Schedule an Appointment or Block Time on your calendar. 


 


 

Deeper Dive into the GROW Mobile App Features

 

  1. Mobile Notifications | See all your mobile-specific notifications including unread emails and messages, new appointments and new reviews received.

  2. Conversations | See and respond to your Client Communications

    1. Supported Channels for Inbound and Outbound Communications | Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.

    2. Schedule SMS or Email Sendouts | Schedule to send an SMS or Email at a specific time and day, in the future.

    3. Media attachments | Add a video, image, or file to an SMS or email.

      1. For email attachments, the maximum file sending is 25 MB. To send a larger attachment, upload the attachment to a shareable storage area like Google Drive, then send the shareable link to the recipient.
        For SMS attachments, if the attachment is less than 5MB it will attach directly to the SMS. If the SMS attachment is larger than 5MB, we will store the file and then create a shareable link for you. This can take a moment depending on the file size. Once the file is processed, we will provide the shareable link within the SMS conversation for editing and subsequent sending. 

    4. Voice Notes - Save time by recording and sending a voice note.
       

  3. Review Requests | Manage and grow your business' reputation.

    1. Facebook and Google | See your Facebook and Google Reviews from within your GROW App.

    2. Review Request | Invite your members to review your business by sending them a Review Request via email or SMS. 

    3. Respond to Reviews | Thank your reviewers for their positive feedback or use this feature to save and reverse potential negative reviews.

    4. Review Disputes | Open a dispute with META or Google to overturn a wrong or inaccurate review.
       

  4. Opportunities | Create or update opportunities within the existing pipelines. Note: pipelines cannot be added, edited or deleted from the GROW App, this must be completed on the Desktop platform.

    1. Edit Opportunity Info | Edit all or any of the listed Opportunity Information including the name, status, owner, lead value, source, pipeline, pipeline stage and contact tags

    2. Email and SMS Quick Actions | Send the Opportunity Contact an SMS or Email from within the Pipeline stage. 

    3. Moving between Pipeline Stages | Utilize the double arrow icon to move the opportunity between pipeline stages. 

    4. Finding and Sorting Opportunities| Utilize the Quick Search icon and Filters to find opportunities via name, owner, status, last stage change, last status change, created on, lead value, updated on and custom fields. 

    5. Pipeline Stage Value | Quickly identify how your potential revenue is distributed across pipelines via the cumulative ‘Lead Value’ at the top of each pipeline stage.
       

  5. Appointments and Calendars | View, create, and manage appointments with existing calendars. Note: To create or edit calendar or user settings, log into the GROW Desktop platform. 

    1. Schedule Appointments | View, create, edit or delete scheduled appointments with the click of a button. 

    2. Block off Calendar Time | Although your user availability should be configured within the GROW Desktop app, utilize the ‘Quick Action’ Block Time to easily block off your day from appointments.
       

  6. Contact Management | View, create, edit and manage your contact database on the go. 

    1. Contact Information | Add and edit all client contact information including name, email, phone number, DND status, date of birth, assigned user, tags and address. 

    2. Automations | Add a contact to an existing workflow automation

    3. Opportunities | Add and manage contact opportunities

    4. Custom Contact Fields | Update custom contact field data via the ‘Additional Info’ area. 

    5. Tasks | Create, view and complete tasks assigned to the contact.

    6. Notes | Create and view notes for the contact.

    7. Appointments | Create, view and edit the contact’s appointments. 

    8. Share Contact (VCF) | Share the contact details with someone. Shares as a VCF a common file type that stores and shares contact information into phone contact lists.

    9. Smartlists | View existing smartlists. 
       

  7. Comprehensive Calling System - Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to your customers ensuring you never miss a lead or sale

    1. Inbound Calls to Assigned Users - From within the GROW Desktop App, you can edit the configurations of your phone number to ring a specific users' GROW app.. Allowing you and your team to receive inbound calls to your GROW Phone Number.
       

    2. Call Native Contacts - after installing the GROW app, you will gain the ability to call any of your phone contacts (stored in your phone and not necessarily in the GROW App). To do this, navigate to your phone contacts then press and hold on the call button. This will give the option to choose your GROW App to make the outbound call to a native contact. See the below image to see an example.
       


 

 


 

Unique Functions of the GROW Desktop App

As the mobile app was developed with the sole purpose of making the customer facing features accessible on the go. Therefore there are some areas of GROW that must be configured within the Desktop app. 

 

  • Automations |  You can add someone to a workflow from the GROW App, however, you cannot create, edit, draft/publish or delete workflows from the GROW app.

  • Pipelines | You can create new opportunities within already existing Pipelines on the GROW App but you cannot create, edit or delete pipelines. 

  • Marketing Templates | You cannot create or edit SMS/Email Snippets and build Email Templates within the GROW App but you can utilize SMS/Email Snippets within the conversations area of the GROW App. 

  • Sites | Forms, Surveys, Funnels | Form, survey and funnel links can be utilized in the conversations area of the GROW App however, the create and editing of these areas of the GROW Platform need to be configured on the Desktop app. 

  • Calendars | You cannot create a new calendar within the GROW App, this must be created via the Desktop platform.
