We have added several improvements to our reporting capabilities, making it easier to pull key data points and view detailed tax information for enhanced reporting accuracy.
What's New
- Client ID Column:
- A new optional Client ID column is now available in the "Sales by Service - Detailed View" report.
- Users can add this column via Edit Report Settings to display and export Client ID alongside Full Name and Email, enhancing member-specific tracking.
- Product Title Column:
- A new Product Title column is now available in the report settings. This column displays the specific title of Point of Sale (POS) items when enabled, helping teams better analyze sales by specific product lines.
- Detailed Tax Reporting:
- A new Tax column is now available in report settings, showing the tax rate applied at the time of each package sale (historical rate).
- Users can configure this to display "inclusive" or "exclusive" GST, as needed, and see the exact tax applied based on Singapore's GST requirements.
- The Total Amount column has been renamed to Total Amount w/Tax for clearer financial summaries.
These updates provide a more complete view of sales data and better support for GST adjustments over time
