Automatic Transfer of Client Payment Methods to Non-Home Locations

To improve client experience and maximize revenue opportunities, you can transfer client payment methods seamlessly across different locations within the brand. Clients can make purchases or incur fees at any location without re-entering their payment information, ensuring faster, more consistent service.

Feature Details

  1. Automatic Payment Method Transfer:
    • When a client’s record is copied to a new location (e.g., through booking or corporate client lookup), their existing payment method from the home location will be automatically available at the new location.
    • This eliminates the need for clients to re-supply payment details, making it easier for locations to process fees like No-Show fees or POS purchases.
  2. Support Across Payment Gateways:
    • Ezypay: Payment methods are automatically transferred without incurring a Load Fee, following the same process as the member movement feature.
    • Other Payment Gateways (Stripe, Midtrans): Transfers are supported, provided both locations use the same gateway (e.g., transfers within Stripe US accounts).
    • If a payment method already exists at the destination location, no duplicate transfer will occur.
  3. Enhanced Client Experience and Revenue Collection:
    • Clients benefit from a smoother, more consistent experience when visiting multiple locations.
    • Locations avoid potential revenue loss from missed fees or purchases, improving overall revenue collection.

This update streamlines payment processes across multiple studios, ensuring clients only need to enter their payment information once for seamless cross-location access.
