We're excited to introduce two major enhancements to the FAQ feature in the Dash platform:

  • new FAQ Configuration Page within the Brands Module's Control Center for easier management.

  • An upgraded rich-text editor that allows hyperlinks, improving user navigation within the Mobile App.
     

These improvements give business users more control over FAQ content and enhance the member experience with interactive and structured information.

Key Features

1. FAQ Configuration Page in the Brands Module

  • Easily add, edit, delete, and reorder FAQ entries.

  • Search with auto-suggestions for quick access to FAQs.

  • All managed FAQs automatically appear in the Help/FAQ section of the Mobile App.

2. Rich-Text Editor for Dash Platform FAQs

  • Supports hyperlinks, allowing users to navigate to external resources directly from FAQs.

  • FAQ content is stored as HTML and served via API for seamless app integration.

  • Backward compatibility ensures older apps continue displaying FAQs as plain text without disruption.

Additional Information

  • Faster search results: The new search functionality is implemented on the frontend.

  • New API parameter (isShowHtml) allows toggling between plain text and HTML responses.

  • No disruption for older apps: They will continue displaying FAQs as plain text.

  • Brands should update FAQs to include hyperlinks for a better user experience.
