Managing instructor schedules is now easier than ever! You can now view an instructor’s full schedule for the week when selecting a single instructor in Core > Schedule > Team View. This enhancement improves planning and visibility, allowing staff to manage schedules more efficiently. If multiple instructors are selected, the existing single-day view remains unchanged.

How It Works

• When viewing Core > Schedule > Team View, selecting a single instructor will now display their full weekly schedule.

• If multiple instructors are selected, the schedule will default to the existing single-day view.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Week View is only available for single instructors – If more than one instructor is selected, the schedule will remain in single-day view.

• Follows the existing scheduling grid layout – The week view follows the current scheduling format with no additional customisation options.
