We’ve improved our Late Cancel Report – giving your team sharper tools and clearer data to spot trends, manage cancellations, and tweak policies with confidence. These new features help gym managers, operations teams, and front desk legends stay one step ahead of those last-minute bail-outs.
What’s New
- Session Start Time column: See exactly when the session was due to start next to every late cancellation. Now you’ll know how close to class time clients are canceling.
- Revenue column: You’ll now spot a new revenue column showing the dollars earned from late cancellations. A quick way to see the financial upside of your cancel policy.
- Package Name column: This column shows the specific package linked to the canceled booking. More context means better decisions around membership usage.
- Package Type column: See at a glance if the canceled booking came from an Unlimited package, a Class Pack, or something else. No guessing needed.
- Active Credits Filter: A new filter lets you show only clients who had active credits at the time of cancellation – or exclude them. It works the same way as the clients absent report filter, so you’ll feel right at home.
How it works
Navigate to Reports > Client and Attendance > Late Cancel Report.
You’ll now see more ways to customize your report:
-
Under edit report settings, you can choose to show any or all of these new columns:
-
Session start time
-
Revenue
-
Package name
-
Package type
-
-
Use the active credits filter to drill into clients with or without active credits when they canceled.
These columns will also show up when you download the report as a CSV file – so the extra data is right there when you need it.
Why it Matters
- Clear visibility into when and why clients cancel last-minute
- Smarter policy decisions based on actual behavior
- An easy way to measure how late cancels affect your revenue
- More flexibility to slice and dice your data with the active credits filter
