[Hapana Hub](https://support.hapana.com/hapana-hub?hsLang=en) # Brand Controls | Exports **Overview** This guide shows you how to export reports in Brand Controls. You can choose the data, customize the columns, and download everything as a CSV. Perfect for sharing with your team or importing into other tools.   **Step-by-Step Instructions** 1. Use the dropdown menus to select the columns you would like included on the report being viewed. Click on the export widget to download the requested report. This email will include a link that allows you to download the report directly to your device. In addition to the email notification, the report will also be accessible through the *Exports* widget within the platform, where you can download it at your convenience. ![Article image](https://support.hapana.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/1759441997873_97228e12_Brands-Exports-Email-Example--1.png) --- **Troubleshooting / FAQs** **Q: Why isn’t my report showing up in the widget?** A: Give it a few minutes — larger exports can take time to generate. Make sure you clicked **Request as CSV**.   **Q: Can I run multiple reports at once?** A: Yes!
