Brand Controls | Password Reset and Login Instructions

Overview

This guide explains how to log in to Hapana Brand Controls for the first time. Whether you’re a brand new user or you’ve been migrated from DASH, we’ll walk you through every step to get you signed in.

 


Step-by-Step Instructions

 

Check if you’re a new or migrated user

  • New users: Use the email and password sent in your Welcome email to log in directly.
  • Migrated users (from DASH): You’ll need to reset your password before logging in.

 

  1. Go to your unique branded URL login page 
  2. If it’s your first time logging in or if you forgot your password, click Get help with signing in.

  3. Type in the email address associated with your Brand Controls login or previously dash.hapana.com

  4. Click on Submit Request - The system will send a code to your email after you click to Submit request

  5. Click on I already have a code if you closed the dialog after submitting the request or if you have already received the code.

  6. You will receive the unique numeric code to the respective email.

  7. Copy the code and go back to the get help with signing in page

  8. Type in a new password

  9. Click in Save new password

  10. Return to the login screen and enter the new login credentials. Press Login.
