1. If your user is new:

If your user is new, please log in with the email and password you've recieved in the Welcome email sent to you.

2. If your user was migrated from Dash to Core-Brands:

If your user was migrated from Dash to Core-Brands, follow the steps below before signing in because all passwords will need to be reset by the user.

3. Click on Get help with signing in

If it's the first time you are logging in to Brands or if you forgot your password, you can go to the log in page and click

4. Type in your email

Use the same email you used to sign in to Dash.hapana.com

5. Click on Submit request

The system will send a code to your email after you click to Submit request

6. Click on I already have a code if you closed the dialog after submit request and if you aready have recieved the code

7. You will recieve the unique numeric code on you email. Copy the code and go back to the get help with signing in page

8. Enter your unique code that was copied from your email

9. Type in the new password

10. Click on Save new password

11. Type in your email and new password to Log in

12. Click on Log in
