1. Click on the key icon to navigate to the Access page
2. Click on Add new user
The system will open a sidebar with all the required field to Add a new user
3. Click on New policy button to open the access policy list
Users can be added without a policy
4. Select one or multiple locations or location groups to view the policy options
5. Click on Select Access Policy
Remember to click the button "select all" to assign all locations to the policy for the user. By clicking select all. If select all was clicked, when a new location is added to that Brand, the system will automatically add that location to the access rule.
6. Click on Save policy to go back to adding a new user
7. Click on New policy if you wish to add other policies for other locations for that user
8. Type in all the personal information required for a new user
9. Type in the email
10. You can add a profile image for the user
The image might take a few minutes to load
11. Click on Upload photo
12. Click on Save photo
13. Add more personal information about the user
The fields About, Hobbies and instagram handle are not required.
14. Click on Add new user

You will now view the new user on the users table
16. To view or edit a user information, Click on eye icon
17. View users details
When clicking the eye icon, you will view the users details, inclusing their access policies. To edit the user information, click the edit button.
18. Click on Edit User to open the edit view

20. Save the changes or close the dialog to go back to the Users table
21. Click on the 3 dot menu to Resend welcome email, Change user's password or change user's status
22. Click on Change password to update a user's password
23. The system will open the defaul password dialog to allow you to update the password
24. Click on Change status
25. Select Active or Inactive to update the user's Status
Inactive users will no longer be able to log in
26. Click on Update status
27. Find specific users by applying filters to the Users table
Filter users by Access policy, Location group, Locations or status. Once a filter is selected, the system refreshes the table to display the filtered users.
28. To remove a filter, click on the x
29. To search for a specific user by name or, click on the search bar and start typing!
The system will automatically start searching for the user and displaying the results. Click the x to erase the search and go back to the default Users table
