Overview
You can now see exactly which payment method was used for any given transactions in all relevant financial reports. This guide shows how to enable the new “Payment Method Detail” column and why it helps improve billing visibility.
Prerequisites
• Access to CORE reporting tools
• Permissions to view financial reports (e.g., Failed Payments, Net Revenue)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Enable the Payment Method Detail Colum
- Login to CORE
- Navigate to Reports
- Choose a report that supports Payment Method Details. Eg. Failed Payments or Net Revenue
- Click Edit Report Settings in the top, right corner
- Ensure Payment Method Detail is selected from the options.
- Press Refresh Report
- Once enabled, your report will now include a Payment Method Detail column.
- You’ll see info like the type of method (e.g., VISA, Mastercard, Bank) and the last four digits of the card/account (e.g., VISA ending in 4242).

• Instantly identify which payment method was used for each transaction

Q: Why can’t I see the Payment Method Detail column?

Q: Can I export the Payment Method Detail in CSVs?
A: Yes! Once enabled, it will be included in any exported version of the report.
