Navigate between time slots in Room View and Team View

Overview

This guide explains how you can now easily scroll and switch between time slots directly in Room View and Team View inside CORE’s schedule settings. Just like in Calendar View, you can quickly jump between sessions for the same day and resource without having to exit or reselect dates. This improvement helps you manage bookings faster, especially during busy times.

 

Prerequisites

• Access to Core > Schedule

• Sessions already set up in Room View or Team View

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

Step 1: Access the updated Room View or Team View

  • Log in to Core
  • Navigate to Schedule > Schedule Settings
  • Select either Room View or Team View.
  • Click on any session in the calendar grid to open the session detail panel.

 

Step 2: View and use the New Timeslot Navigation Panel

  • When you open a session, a left-side panel will appear labeled Schedule ([Room Name]) or Schedule ([Team Member Name]).
  • This panel shows a list of all sessions scheduled for that specific day and room or team member.
  • Scroll up or down to view other sessions without leaving the current screen.

 

Step 3: Switch Sessions without Leaving the View

  • Click on any session in the left-hand panel to instantly view its details.
  • Use the left and right arrows at the top of the session list to move between previous and next days, while staying focused on the same room or team member.
     

 

Expected outcome

You’ll be able to move quickly between sessions for the same room or team member, saving time and making scheduling adjustments or checks much faster — especially helpful during peak hours.

 

Troubleshooting / FAQs

 

Q: Can I scroll across different rooms or instructors?

A: No, the scroll panel shows sessions for the selected room or team member only. To view another resource, return to the main calendar.

 

Q: What happens if no sessions are scheduled for that day?

A: If there are no sessions, the session list will simply show as empty for that date.

 

Q: Will using this panel refresh or reload the whole page?

A: No! Switching sessions dynamically updates the view without needing a page reload, so you won’t lose your place.
