# Stripe Settlement Report | Clearer Fee Breakdown

**Overview**

We’ve improved the **Stripe Settlement Report** so you can now see all fee types including **Royalty** and **Marketing Fees**. This gives better visibility and allows for faster reconciliation faster, with fewer steps.

 

**Prerequisites**

• Access to the **Stripe Settlement Report** in CORE

• Funds processed via Stripe

• Permission to view financial reporting

**Step-by-step instructions**

 

**1. Open the Stripe Settlement Report**

- Login to core
- Navigate to Reports and select the **Financial** column on the left hand menu. 
- Scroll down until you find the **Stripe Settlement **Report

 

Tip: This report summarizes Stripe payouts and shows associated fees.

 

**2. Review the Fee Breakdown**

- In your report, look for the **Fee Breakdown** section.
- You’ll now see: 
    - **Royalty Fees**
    - **Marketing Fees**
    - **Transaction Fees**

Note: These fees are now **always visible** — even before distributions are processed.

 

**3. Export the Report**

- Click **Export** to download the final CSV file.
- The report includes the complete fee breakdown — just like you see on-screen.
- The exported CSV is **locked** and cannot be edited after generation.

**Troubleshooting / FAQs**

 

**Why am I seeing fees before distribution now?**

We updated the logic to pull data directly, which allows us to see fees as soon as they’re calculated.

 

**Is the net settlement amount still accurate?**

Yes — nothing changed there. The net figure is still 100% correct.

 

**Can I change the CSV file after exporting?**

No — the CSV is final and locked once it’s generated, just like before.
