Overview
You can now log out from all active sessions across all devices when you change your password or manually log out. This gives you more control over your account security by ensuring no old or forgotten sessions remain active—especially useful if you’re concerned about unauthorized access.
Prerequisites
• Access to the CORE platform
• A valid login
• A recent password change or manual logout initiated
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Change your password or manually log out
You can trigger the “log out from all devices” feature in two ways:
• Change your password under your profile settings
• Click Log out from the top-right user menu
2. Choose to log out from all devices
After logging out or updating your password, you’ll see a message asking if you want to log out from all active sessions.
• Click I Agree to confirm
• This will end any sessions on other browsers, devices, or apps
3. Re-login on your current device
Once logged out from all sessions, you’ll need to sign back in on your current device.
• Enter your updated credentials and click Log in
Tip: If you’re using shared logins (e.g. at front desk), make sure all team members are aware before logging out from all devices.
