Overview
The One to One Report gives you a clear view of every session booked, both group and 1-on-1, during a selected time period. You can filter by session type, trainer, package, and appointment type (Permanent or Casual), and see detailed member information in every row. This helps your team improve retention, respond to client needs faster, and plan ahead with confidence.
Step by Step User Guide
Access the One to One Report
- Login to Core
- Navigate to Reports in the top menu bar.
- Select the Attendance category from the left menu
- Locate the One to One Report.
Note: You may need admin permissions to view this report.
Applying Filters
At the top of the report, use the below filter options to narrow your results:
• Date range – e.g., Last 7 Days, This Month, or Custom
• Session package – Select a package like “12 x 1:1 Coaching”
• Trainer name – Choose a specific staff member or all
• Appointment type – Pick Permanent, Casual, or All
Tip: Use “Permanent” to view only recurring bookings. “Casual” shows one-off or ad-hoc bookings.
Understanding the Data
Every session a client books in the selected range will show up. That means you’ll see multiple rows per client if they have booked multiple times.
Each row includes
- First Name & Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Event Date
- Available Session Credits (what’s still left in their pack)
- Session Name – the name of the session booked
- Session Time – time of the session
- Package Name – the name of the package used for the booking
- Appointment Type – clearly labeled as Permanent or Casual.
• Permanent = Recurring booking (e.g., “Every 1 week (Wed)”)
• Casual = Ad-hoc, one-time sessions
At the bottom of the report, you’ll also see totals for both Permanent and Casual bookings. This helps you quickly analyze session consistency across your business.
Export your Data
Click the Export icon to download the full report and analyze it in Excel or Google Sheets.
