Overview
Clients can now see all their purchased packages in the My Packages section of the app or web embed—even if those packages were bought at a hidden HQ location. This update ensures members always know how many session credits they have, no matter where the purchase happened.
Prerequisites
• Access to the branded app or web booking widget
• A package purchased from any active or hidden HQ location
Step by Step Instructions
- Login as a client in the branded app or on an embed widget
- Navigate to My Packages to view the list of purchased packages.
- In this list, you’ll now see all packages purchased, including those from hidden HQ locations.
Tip: Hidden locations won’t be named—but their package details and remaining credits will still show.
What you’ll see:
- Package name (e.g., “Challenge Pack – 10 Classes”)
- Number of remaining credits
- Expiry date (if applicable)
