Troubleshooting / FAQs
Why is the Transaction ID field blank for some rows?
Some gateways don’t return an ID for every failure. If nothing is received, the system records a null (blank) value.
Can I see Transaction IDs for past failures?
No — Transaction IDs are only available for failed payments recorded after this feature was released.
Does every gateway support this?
Not all gateways return full details for every error. Results may vary based on your payment processor.
