Set Visibility Days by Session Type

Overview

You can now control how far in advance clients see classes, privates, and workshops—each with its own setting. This gives your team more flexibility when promoting sessions and helps align visibility with how you market and run each offering.

 

Prerequisites

• Access to Core

• Permission to edit the Business Profile under Account Settings

• Understanding of session types (classes, privates, workshops)

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

  • Login to Core
  • Navigate to Account Settings > Configuration > Business Profile 
  • Click the Edit Button 
  • Scroll down to find the Days to Display area. You’ll see three fields to control session visibility.
    • Show advertised classes up to <xx> days in advance
    • Show advertised privates up to <xx> days in advance
    • Show advertised workshops up to <xx> days in advance

 

Save your changes

  • Click Save at the top of the Business Profile section to apply your new days to display settings.
  • Verify the updates by checking your schedule or booking widgets, to confirm that sessions appear according to your configured visibility windows. 

 

 

Expected outcome

Clients will now see different session types—like classes, privates, and workshops—based on the specific number of days you’ve set. These visibility rules apply system-wide wherever booking data is displayed.

 

Troubleshooting / FAQs

 

Q: Why are all my session types showing the same visibility days?

A: When the feature is first enabled, all fields are pre-filled with the existing single value. You’ll need to manually update each on

 

Q: Can I change these settings anytime?

A: Yes! You can update the visibility windows at any time through Account Settings > Business Profile.
