Overview
You can now hide completed sessions from the Schedule view in both the app and web widgets. This setting helps you clean up client-facing schedules so members only see what’s relevant—upcoming or in-progress classes—making the experience easier to navigate.
Prerequisites
• Access to Core
• Permission to update Account Settings > Configuration > Business Profile
Step-by-Step Instructions
Disable "Display Completed Classes" Setting
- Login to Core
- Navigate to Account Settings > Configurations > Business Profile
- Click the Edit button and scroll down to Class Tab
- Select Disable from the Display completed classes in client interface dropdown. When disabled, clients will only see upcoming or ongoing classes in your branded app and booking widgets.
- Click Save to apply the setting across all client-facing platforms.
Expected outcome
Once disabled, completed sessions will no longer appear in the Schedule tab of your app or embed widgets. The change is global and immediate.
