Setting up your class schedule in CORE helps clients book in advance, ensures the right instructors are assigned, and automates credit deductions or payment checks. This guide walks you through how to:
- Create a class schedule (with or without an end date)
- Add members to a class
- Handle automatic credit deductions
- Manage pending class payments

Prerequisites
Before you begin:
- Your schedule templates must be set up in Schedule Settings
- Ensure instructors are created and assigned to your templates
- Clients should have an active membership or class pack (for automatic credit deduction)
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Create a new class on the schedule
- Click Schedule from the top navigation
- Find an available time slot (e.g. Saturday, June 17)
- Click the empty slot to begin creating a class
Step 2: Set recurrence and time
- Click the arrow icon to make the class recurring
- Choose how often it should repeat (e.g. every 1 week on Saturday)
- You can choose No End Date or set a specific end date (e.g. until June 30)
⚠️ If you select multiple days (e.g. Monday–Friday), CORE links them together. Changing one will change all.
Tip: Create classes one day at a time for flexibility.
Step 3: Select a schedule template

Choose your desired class (e.g. Kickboxing)
All details will auto-fill from your saved template

Select an Instructor

Click Next
Step 4: Add clients to the class

Click Add Clients and select names from the list
Most clients will book themselves through the app, but you can add them manually too.

Click Create to finalize the class
You’ll now see:
- The number of clients added (e.g. 22 of 30 capacity)
- Once full, the class will enable the waitlist (if active)
Step 5: Manage pending payments and credit deductions
After clients are added:
- Those with valid packs/memberships will automatically have a credit deducted
- Any client without an active pack will show as Pending
To resolve a pending status:
- Click Buy Package next to the client’s name
- You'll be taken to the New Sale screen
- Find the correct package (e.g. Kickboxing - 1 Session Complimentary)
- Add to Cart and Check Out as usual
- Once purchased, the client will move out of pending and into active booking
✅ Tip: You don’t need to manually mark attendance for credit deduction — CORE handles this automatically unless the client is pending.
Expected Outcome
Once you’ve created a class, added clients, and resolved any pending payments, CORE will manage bookings and deduct session credits seamlessly — saving you time and avoiding manual follow-ups.
FAQs
Q: What happens if a client joins without a valid pack or membership?
A: They’ll appear as “Pending” and won’t be counted as confirmed until you assign or sell a valid pack.
Q: Can I edit one class in a series without affecting the others?
A: Only if you created each day’s class separately. Linked recurring classes will all change if one is edited.
Q: Is credit deduction automatic for app bookings?
A: Yes — as long as the client has a valid membership or pack, CORE will auto-deduct.
