Prerequisites
- Access to the Reports section in CORE
- Familiarity with the data you want to track (e.g. membership types, client filters)
- Logged into your Hapana account
How to edit and save a report
1. Open the Membership Details Report
Click Reports in the top navigation, scroll to Financial, and select the Membership Details Report.
2. Add or remove columns
Click Edit Report Settings at the top of the report.
- Add fields like Join Date or Gender
- Click Refresh to apply your changes
Tip: This customizes what columns appear in your report — helpful for tracking exactly what matters to your studio.
3. Apply filters
Use filters to narrow down your data:
- Filter by Status (e.g. Active and Pending)
- Filter by Package Name
Tip: Hold down Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) to select multiple options in a filter.
Click Filter to apply.
4. Save your custom report
Once your filters and columns are set:
- Click Save Report
- Give your report a name (e.g. “Active + Pending Members by Package”)
- Either add it to an existing category or click Create Category to group it under a new one
5. View your saved reports
Go back to the Reports tab, scroll to My Reports, and you’ll see your saved report ready to access anytime — filters and layout included.
Expected outcome
You’ll have a custom report with saved filters and fields, always ready to open — no need to start from scratch each time.
