Overview
When you cancel a class session in CORE, it still appears on the schedule by default — which can cause confusion for team members or clients. If you want to keep your calendar tidy, you can hide cancelled sessions in just a few clicks.

- The session you want to hide must already be cancelled
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Cancel the session
- Click Schedule in the top navigation

⚠️ At this point, the class is cancelled but still visible on the schedule.
Step 2: Hide the cancelled session
- Click the cog icon ⚙️ (Schedule Settings)
- Select Hide Cancelled Sessions
- Find the cancelled class from the list
- Click Hide Cancelled Session
- Confirm the action
Step 3: Confirm it’s removed
Return to your Schedule view — the cancelled session should now be hidden and no longer displayed on the calendar.
✅ Tip: Hiding cancelled sessions is helpful when managing large or recurring class schedules — it keeps the view clean and up-to-date for your team.
Expected Outcome
The cancelled class will no longer show on your schedule, ensuring that only upcoming and active sessions appear in your team’s calendar view.
FAQs
Q: Can I undo this and show a cancelled session again?
A: Not directly from the interface. You would need to recreate the class if it needs to be restored.
Q: Do clients get notified when a session is hidden?
A: No — hiding a session only affects your internal schedule view. Clients are notified when the session is cancelled (not hidden).
Q: Can I hide multiple cancelled sessions at once?
A: Currently, cancelled sessions are hidden individually through the Hide Cancelled Sessions screen.
