You’ll learn how to upload your file, map the fields, confirm your data, and—if needed—import Opportunities at the same time. Perfect if you're moving from another CRM, onboarding leads, or launching a new campaign. --- Prerequisites Before you begin, make sure: - You have **Admin access** to GROW - Your file is in **.csv format** (no Excel or Google Sheets) - File size is under **30MB** (split it up if needed) - The CSV has just **one tab** - The **first row contains headers**, and at least one header matches a GROW field > Tip: Need help formatting your CSV? You’ll see them in your Contact list, tagged, sorted, and ready for automation. --- FAQs **Q: Can I import without email or phone?** A: Yes, as long as you have at least one of these: **name, email, or phone**. **Q: Can I skip some CSV columns?** A: Yes, just **leave them unmapped** when matching fields. **Q: Can I update existing contacts?** A: Absolutely.
