Overview
This guide explains how to use the Session Credits Remaining Report in CORE to track how many class credits your members still have left from their single session packages (not memberships). This is helpful for keeping tabs on engagement and knowing when to follow up with clients before they run out of credits.

- Access to the Reports module in CORE
- Reporting permissions for financial reports
- Your members must be using single session packages (not memberships)
Step-by-step instructions
1. Open the Session Credits Remaining Report
- Click on Reports in the top navigation
- Select Financial from the left-hand side
- Scroll down and click on Session Credits Remaining
2. Choose your date range
- At the top of the report, choose the date range you want to review
- The report will show members with remaining credits during that period
Tip: This report does not show data for memberships — only for single-use or class-pack style packages.
3. Understand what each column means
You’ll see the following information for each client:
- Client name and email
- Package name – The name of their session pack
- Credits purchased – Total number of sessions included in the pack
- Credits used – Number of credits already booked
- Credits remaining – How many they have left
- Start date and expiration date of the pack
4. How future bookings affect the report
Important: This report shows real-time remaining credits at the time of running the report — even if the future session is outside your selected date range.
For example:
- If a client has 12 credits and books a session for next month, the system still deducts that credit now.
- So even if the booking isn’t within your filtered date range, the report will still show 11 credits remaining.
Expected outcome
You’ll get a clean snapshot of each client’s remaining session credits from single-use packages, helping your team:
- Follow up with clients before they run out of sessions
- See who hasn’t been booking into classes
- Catch expired or near-expiring credits

FAQs
Q: Why are credits showing as “used” even if the session is next month?
A: Credits are deducted as soon as a client books a session, even if it’s in the future. This report shows what's remaining now, not what's used during your filtered period.
Q: Does this report show membership credits?
A: No, this only tracks session packs. Memberships do not appear here.
Q: Can I export this report?
A: Yes! Use the Download CSV option to open the data in Excel and filter or sort as needed.
