Overview

We’re excited to introduce the new Hapana Hub Brand Controls, which will replace the current Dash platform (dash.hapana.com). Brand Controls include all the features of DASH, plus new enhancements designed to improve usability, accessibility, and security. Users will now log in through a unique, brand-specific URL for a more customized and efficient experience.
 

Key Features

Brand Controls will launch with several features to enhance functionality and streamline user management:
 

• My Profile – Easily update your email, change your password, and log out.

• Users – Manage users for your brand, just like in Dash.

• Access Policies – Set permissions and manage user access.

• Location Groups – Organize locations into groups for easier management.

• Exports – Access and download reports in CSV format. A new Export Widget lets you track export history for the past 7 days.

• Key Performance Report – View key metrics and revenue data in two new consolidated reports.

• Controls – Manage system-wide settings for smooth administration.

• FAQs – Update the FAQ section to improve customer support.

• Communication Templates – Manage email, SMS, and push notification templates for your brand.

• Integrations – View and manage integrations and their associated keys.

Navigation Updates

Overview

We’re rolling out the first version of Brand Controls Navigation, which offers an improved and streamlined experience for users with Brand-level permissions. This replaces the Corporate Dashboard and lays the groundwork for future updates.
 

With Brand Controls Navigation, users can:

• Navigate easily between different sections using an updated sidebar.

• Track and manage export requests from a unified interface.
   

What’s New?
Sidebar Navigation

• A new left-hand sidebar makes it easier to navigate through Brand Controls 

• The sidebar has two modes: Collapsed (shows icons only) and Expanded (displays full labels).

• Key sections include Home, Reports, Controls, and My Profile.
  
   

  

 

Breadcrumbs for Context

• Breadcrumb navigation helps users understand their current location in the system and navigate back easily.

 

Export Widget

• Displays the number of active export requests.

• Allows users to view, cancel, and track export history (accessible for up to 7 days).

Overview

The User Profile Management Page allows users to manage their personal information within Brand Controls.

Overview

The new Access Management tool provides better control over user access. It includes three key areas:

The Exports Page combines the previous Reports and Exports sections into one simplified interface. This update makes it easier to generate and download key performance reports.
