How to Use Corporate Client Lookup to Add Clients Across Locations

Overview

The Corporate Client Lookup feature allows you to search for and add existing clients from across your brand—even if they aren’t yet associated with your specific location. This is perfect for multi-location businesses that want to share client access between sites.

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • You must have access to the Clients tab
  • The client must already exist somewhere in your brand’s ecosystem
  • Your location must have permissions to add corporate clients

Step-by-step instructions


Step 1: Open the corporate client lookup tool

  1. Click the Clients tab in the top navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown, select Corporate Client Lookup


Step 2: Search for the client

  1. Use the search fields to enter the client’s details (e.g., first name, last name, or email)
  2. Click Search
  3. The system will return any matching profiles from across your brand


Step 3: Add the client to your location

  1. Locate the correct client in the results
  2. Click Add Client next to their name
  3. Click Confirm when prompted

Once added, the client is now part of your local database.

✅ Tip: After you’ve added them, the Add Client button will be greyed out to prevent duplication.


Step 4: Confirm they’ve been added

  1. Go back to the Clients section
  2. Paste the client’s email address into the search bar
  3. You’ll now see that the client is available at your location


Expected outcome

The client is now part of your specific location’s records, and you can assign them packages, memberships, or schedule them just like any local client.


FAQs

Q: Will the client lose access to their original location?

A: No — this action simply adds them to your location in addition to their existing one(s).

Q: Can I add a client who isn’t in the system anywhere yet?

A: No — this tool only works for profiles already created at another location within your brand.

Q: Will the client get a notification when I add them?

A: Not automatically — you’ll need to contact them manually if needed.
