Prerequisites

Before you begin:

• You must have admin access to Edit Profile
• Your web team should be ready to add embed codes into your site
• You should already have your sessions, packs, or services configured in CORE

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Find your website embeds

1. Click your Studio Name in the top nav
2. Select Edit Profile
3. Click Website Embeds on the left side menu
4. You’ll now see a list of all available widgets

Step 2: Choose which embeds you need

Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s available:

• Classes
  • All Sessions: Embed your full schedule
  • Specific Session or Instructor: Narrow it down to highlight something special
• Packages
  • All Packages: Let clients see everything
  • Single Pack: Perfect for promotions or callouts
• Privates
  • All Instructors or a specific one for private bookings
• Workshops
  • Choose to show all or just one
• Gift Cards
  • Display a direct purchase option on your site
• Member Dashboard
  • Allows logged-in members to view and update their personal info
• Standalone Login
  • Adds a quick login button for easy client access

💡 Tip: You only need to copy and paste the embed widget code into your site once — no coding required beyond that.

Step 3: Match your branding (optional)

Your embeds will follow your app’s color scheme by default, but we can help you customize it further if needed:
